TEC @ Railroad Exchange Building (T-REx) is a low-cost, flexible-lease space with plastic plants and internet, oriented to the nascent IT startup entrepreneur.  T-REx, where you go “to build something gigantic”, is underwritten by three not-for-profit economic development organizations: Partnership for Downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District, the St. Louis Development Corporation and the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association.
